The 2015 release of .id’s Small Area Forecast information for Victoria’s has the population growing to 7.5 million by 2031, a more rapid growth rate than our previous forecasts indicated.

.id have been producing micro-geography forecasts for Victoria for over ten years. Our clients, such as the Catholic Education Office, Stockland, Coles and The Red Cross rely on our detailed forecasts to make confident decisions when planning their service delivery.

Come and join us at a demographic briefing where we will present the 2015 Victorian population micro-geographic forecasts. We will cover:

  • how and why our forecasts differ from State Government and ABS forecasts
  • the causes of the more rapid population growth in Victoria
  • the impacts of population change from the State level through to individual suburbs and neighbourhoods.

Led by .id founder Ivan Motley and head forecaster Matthew Deacon, this succinct session will allow plenty of time for Q&A, engagement with the rest of the .id team of population experts and a quiet drink. So please come with your thorniest questions. Collingwood, Thursday 26 March from 5pm.

Looking forward to seeing you there. Seats are limited so please register here.
