Frankston is getting better, since my arrival I have added boxes to be ticked. Frankston can boast great beaches, A state of the art hospital with ongoing improvements, Monash Uni and TAFE are second to none educational precincts. The Arts Centre with library, theatres and galleries add to tourist attractions, Frankston is the pathway to the farm gates on the Mornington Peninsula. Organic fruit veggies wine together with creative crafts-people . What other Victorian city can lay claim to the above.
