    mike, if you read this online you should be in a window that has a to par of commands including one with three dots. click on that and get a dropdown, in which one of the commands is Print. usually I cut and paste it all into a word document by highlighting and copying; then I can add my own comments and ideas and relate it to other resources, references and/or my own work. for example I have been doing an analysis of the worsening income distribution on the Gold Coast and also the history of budget expenditure to anser the questions where did the money go then and where does it go now…
