  1. Hi There,

I’m part of the Marketing and Communications team of a non-for-profit organisation located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and my role is mainly to coordinate, run and report organisation’s participation at community events.

I’ve read your article about how to calculate the impact of running and event and the importance of using the Event Impact Calculator for measurement purposes and I’m really interested in knowing more about this tool and have access to the reports per council if possible.

Could you please let me know if I can access to this tool and the requirements.

      Hi Astrid,
The economic impact model and event impact model are optional modules in economy.id, the economic profiles we develop for local councils. In the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Stonnington, Boroondara, Whitehorse and Glen Eira all subscribe to economy.id, however Glen Eira and Whitehorse do not subscribe to the economic or event impact modules. If you would like to access those modules, you will need to contact one of the councils who subscribe directly and ask to speak with the administrator of the economy.id economic profile tool.
All the best with your event!

Hi, I live in Newcastle NSW and was wondering if our council subscribes to your service. I assume they don’t so I won’t be able to get any info on a major event here right? Thank you.
