Penny joined .id in 2011 as the organisation begins to work with New Zealand councils. With more than 12 years in NZ Local Government as a communication manager, Penny has a wide breadth of generalist management experience in fields as varied as research, civil defence, projects and event management, marketing and training. Penny strongly believes in the role local government has in empowering communities and the potential of information to support business and community organisation growth.
