These tools help everyday people uncover the rich and important stories about our communities that are often hidden deep in the Census data. Take a quick look at the front page of our blog and you'll no doubt find more of Glenn's latest work. As a client manager, Glenn travels the country giving sought-after briefings to councils and communities (these are also great opportunities for Glenn to tend to his rankings in Geolocation games such as Munzee and Geocaching).

Is there a link that takes one to stats of population profiles for individual Suburbs in Adelaide?

I’m kind of surprised that most of Australia’s migrants come from India. Considering their population growth, it makes sense, but it isn’t what I would have expected. However I’m not surprised that home ownership is more a factor of age than of whether or not someone is a migrant. Younger people are normally less stable in their careers and it is not normally until they have settled down and are comfortable in their life that people start thinking about getting a house.
