    I just had a read of the ABS discussion paper. They are proposing sweeping changes to the way the homeless are counted in the Census output. If you have any interest in this topic, please read it! The upshot is that the estimate for 2006 will decline by over 40,000 people. ABS are holding discussion forums which are likely to be well worth attending.
